SWUB transaction error

All,
 
        I have configured WF-BATCH with password in SWUB. When I test the
connection it returns 'RFC test Connection not successful'. I am on 4.6C and
the user-id & password is correct. I never had problems with transaction in
previous releases.
 
I created a test RFC destination with WF-BATCH user-id & password, The RFC
test connection is successful.
WF-BATCH has SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW authorizations.
 
Has anyone ever encountered this problem.
