Cancel PO release strategy in workflow

The problem is that, when the supervisor releases the order and than cancel
the release, the PO remains on the second release level. That is why the
supervisor is still with the inbox message.

In my opinion, what you can do is create two background methods: one to
release the PO and the other to reject it. Instead of send the transaction
ME28 (approve PO) to the user, send an user decision with two possible
decisions: Approve or Reject and, depending on user choice, use the methods
created to actually release or reject the PO.
