Trigger for Appraisals

Hello Workflow Gurus,

I am looking at appraisals which are stored when updating infotype 0025 using
PA30 transaction for a person (Object type is 'BA').
I am working in version 4.6C.

Normally standard workflow WS01000105 is triggered when status 'Completed' is
set on the appraisal. This is being triggered fine in our system.

We need to trigger a custom workflow (based on WS01000105) to be triggerred when
an appraisal is in 'In process' status.
How can this triggerring event be activated?

As a test, I tried putting in entries into table T779X (using transaction
SWEHR3) to initially trigger WS01000105. The entries I tried were:

OTYPE INFTY WFOPR WFSEQ BUSOB EVENT

BA 0025 INS 001 BUS7026 COMPLETEDAPPRAISAL
BA 0025 UPD 001 BUS7026 COMPLETEDAPPRAISAL
P 0025 INS 001 BUS7026 COMPLETEDAPPRAISAL
P 0025 UPD 001 BUS7026 COMPLETEDAPPRAISAL

I then went and created a new appraisal using transaction PA30 in infotype 0025.
There was no evidence to suggest that the event was triggerred.

How can I trigger an event for an appraisal that becomes status 'In process' ?

Branco Marcina
