Workflow hung due to obsolete user account

I just looked in OSS and found that RSWWCBRE can be implemented in 4.0B via
note 95859.  I'm going to re-create the situation in development and see if
this program can correct the problem.

Thanks for the reply.  We're on 4.0B and this report doesn't exist in our
system.  Any other suggestions?

I do not know on which release you are but at 46C there is a very usefull
report to restart workitems that are hanging. I do not know exactly if it
works for your problem but it is worth trying it (it helped us in many
cases).
