Workflow hung due to obsolete user account

Hi Brad,
On 4.0 this report indeed is not available. When we were at this level we
asked SAP for a solution for the hanging workitem problem in OSS. They sent us
the downgraded report code. The report I gave you is standard available from
release 4.6A.
