Problem with performace

Pedro,

Not sure that I understood your conditions, but we certainly have the same
symptom here. Our Production workflow users have to wait several minutes
the very first time they access their workflow inbox (tran. SBWP in version
4.6B) each day. Afterwards, it loads almost immediately (unless they are
the target of someone's substitution rule.).

As this happens only in our production and test systems (test is a copy of
production) and not in our development system I can only assume that this is
related to the number of workitems in our system. We have currently nearly
a million completed work items in production and test. I am trying to
arrange to have these archived in the expectation that the performance issue
with SBWP will go away.

Can anyone else confirm that the volume of (completed) workitems will affect
access times to SBWP after the buffer has been refreshed?

Regards

Peter Roehlen.
