Moving TS30001128 into a Workflow

in transaction SOA0, the archive document type is linked to the
corresponding workflow task (TS or WS).

when you start the early archiving process through office->business
documents->documents->move and select the document type you want to
archive, the sap standard looks up the corresponding workflow task. i am
not sure which table or view holds the data, but a F1 and technical info in
SOA0 will tell you the details.

as for your second question, the image key is not stored permanently on the
sap database until it is linked to an object. you will then find the link
the link tables toa01, toa02, ... if the wi is rejected, the image is not
linked and, therefore, it doesn't have to be deleted explicity. the image,
however, is stored on the archive server and how you get it out of there
depends on the archiving solution you are using. in some instances, the
image will already be burned to permanent media, such as cd-rom. in that
case, you won't be able to delete it.

i hope this helps ...

Subject: Moving TS30001128 into a Workflow

I want to replace TS30001128, which we use for Ixos early archiving, with a
workflow that contains this task - so it can be rejected. Since I don't
see
the normal entry in SWETYPV, and the document in SOA0 references T30001128
along with a method, I don't understand what starts TS30001128?

My next question will be, when the user rejects TS30001128, one option for
rejection will be to rescan. How will the image which never got attached
to
an SAP document be deleted? I don't see an ImageDelete method, for
example.
