Transporting our 1st WF to Production

I have just completed development of our first WF in our development system
(46C).  I released the transport and had it moved to the production system.
What kind of customizing needs to be done in the production system for this
WF to work?  Do I need to run the "Auto Customzing" in production also?
 
Any help would be appreciated,
