Hi,
Apologies for the last email which was meant to be directed to Mark
Griffiths, but got broadcasted as the mail picked the usergrop's
distribution list address for the reply.

Regards,
Lola.

Have you removed the default role from the Standard Task? (this role is
additional to the step level role). You may need to copy the standard =
task
to do this.

Also, have you maintained your possible agents at the Task level =
(additional
data - agent assignment) and refreshed your organisational environment
buffers (Trans SWU_OBUF or 'Refresh organisational environment' on one =
of
the inbox menu items in earlier releases).

Hope this helps,

Mark

Subject: Incorrect role resolution

Hi all

I am using standard workflow ws38 - wf_req_re for release of purchase
requisitions. However after changing and transporting the agent of the =
first
step (TS7986) to AC168 - superior of.., the workflow no longer works in =
the
target system, but functions well in the test system.

The workflow is triggered correctly, but when resolving roles for the =
first
step, I can see (Tcode SWUD - technical trace) that in the target =
system,
the old role function is still used for role resolution.
The workflow definition shows the correct agent assignment, but this is
apparently not used at runtime.
It seems that some kind of buffer needs to be reset?

I'm getting desperate - Can anybody help?

Best regards,
S=F8ren Skj=F8dt
