Hi Barb,
Workflow items between internal users can be addressed
via the SAPmapi solution. If you are sending mails
outside your domain, you will need SAPconnect(Exchange
connector) or the SMTP mail connector. SAPmapi does
not send mails to the outside world.
If you are using the Exchange connector, get the
latest version 1.54 from SAPserveX
