Multiline attribute - How to get it

Hi,
 
How to get a multi line attribute of an object in a method? Is there a
macro or do I use a loop statement to step through the values in the table.
I am trying to get line item in business object BUS2031, which is a
multi  line attribute of another object which is VBAP.
