System - Workflow - Overview

Hello all,
 
Has anyone got any experience with the menu option System - Workflow -
Overview?
 
I think I read somewhere that if you call this from a document it will =
show
any workflows involving that document.  At the moment though, all I get =
is
"There are no workflows that have already worked with this object" =
(Message
no. SWL 013).
 
For instance, I tried with a purchase requisition item and nothing =
showed
up.  When I checked in debug, SAP was looking for workflows for object
BUS2105 (purchase requisition) not BUS2009 (purchase requisition item, =
as
used in my workflow).
 
Is there an option anywhere to choose the object type that is looked =
for?
 
I'm working in release 4.6B.
