Acct: Workflow for Downpayment Request

I'm quite new at the workflow module. I need to create a workflow for =
the Downpayment Request, which is not within the SAP Workflow standard =
templates.
 
The workitem should be sent to the approver's inbox and he/she should be =
able to create the Downpayment in the same place. (i.e.: like when you =
post a Preliminar Doc.)
 
Have you ever implemented this ? If so, I'd greatly appreciate your =
help, as I'm not quite sure on the attributes, methods and key data to =
assign to it.
