[Olympus] Access to OLYMPUS IR

Dear Colleagues,

Since the DORIS shutdown this morning, the interlock is not longer in operation. 
I closed the interlock door to the IR again, to prevent easy access. The key
for the door is in the key box in the electronics hut.
