[Olympus] Cosmics Nearonline

Dear all,

a quick note to those of you involved in our cosmics monitoring:

Nearonline processing for our cosmics data is now working. I added the 
url, username, and password (in principle the same as for nearonline 
before) to the wiki (cosmics data taking, section monitoring tasks). So 
one can have a quick look at some histograms of the last run and compare 
with a reference run.
