[Olympus] Weekly Meeting Minutes

Hi Brian,

Excellent minutes and thank you for taking the minutes this week.

	A couple of suggestions:

1. Refer to people by initials to save typing. I don't think there is much overlap so two initials is fairly unique or will be obvious from context

2. I would suggest one person should do it for a month and then change. This should be easier to organise rather than scrambling to find someone every week. To this end I have edited the Wiki page to allow people to volunteer in advance. Brian gets December which likely only has 3 weekly meetings. Everyone else can look for other "short" months and volunteer.

3. If people edit or correct the minutes they should identify themselves as making a correction and not delete or change the original minutes. This way the people can expand or explain their question or response to make the minutes more clear and informative but without loosing information.

                                                    Cheers,
                                                            Douglas
