[Olympus] Weekly Meeting Minutes

One more suggestion.  I think in addition to posting the minutes to the Wiki it would be good to E-mail them to olympus at mit.edu.  Then everyone in the collaboration is faced with the minutes and has to read them or actively decide to ignore them.  Not everyone will go to the Wiki each week to learn what was discussed in the meeting.
