[Olympus] Availability of manpower 22 December - 2 January

Dear Colleagues,

	I have created a Doodle poll in order to determine the number of people who would be willing to take some shifts between 22 December and 2 January.  The DORIS shift crew have offered to come in over this period to operate the accelerators thus giving us an additional 12 days of running.  This additional time might be very useful to achieve the design luminosity or to take some data at a different beam energy so every effort should be made to man these dates.

	The poll list the dates in this period.  Each person should indicate whether or not they are available on that date.  If you indicate that you are available you must be willing to take any type of shift on that date (i.e. overnigh, day, or evening)

	We would like to have a response from everyone in the next week so that we can tell DORIS whether or not we will be able to take advantage of this opportunity.
