[Olympus] alternative approach to the proton form factor problem

Dear colleagues,
participants of the Symposium in SPB   on proton form factors in Luly 
this year,
I would like  to inform you that an  explanation of violation of the 
dipole form factor Q2 dependence, i.e. alternative approach to  the 
proton form factor problem, which had been proposed at the Symposium by 
E.Kuraev and M.Galinskii, now is publisned
