[Olympus] New shift schedule including Christmas - New Year's shifts

Dear Colleagues,

	We have drafted a new shift schedule (attached and updated on the Wiki).

	Over the Christmas and New Year's period we will run with 2 people on the over night shift and one person plus run coordinator during the day and evening shifts.  Please note that we have also modified the shifts slightly on December 22.

	Please let me know if there are any problems with this schedule.  I believe we have taken people only on dates when they said they were available with one exception (sorry Dmitry).
