[Olympus] OLYMPUS running over Christmas and New Year's

Dear Colleagues,

	Last Friday the director in charge of accelerators, Herr Brinkman, said that we will be able to run OLYMPUS until 2 January, 2013.

	This is good news as we will have an additional 12 days of running.  However, it will also involve some sacrifice from all of us to be present at DESY over what would otherwise be mostly holiday time at home with our families.

	I have attached the current status of the Doodle poll below.  The poll is still open and I would ask everyone to review what they have entered.  Also anyone who has not filled in the poll and can take even a few shifts please sign up by Wednesday.

	After Wednesday I will draft a schedule drawing on the people who have said they are available but also calling on those who said they are available if necessary.  I will post by the end of the week so everyone can make travel and accommodation arrangements accordingly.
