[Olympus] Fwd: OLYMPUS Roll-in

Dear Colleagues,

We will proceed as indicated this morning:

- The crane will hopefully be back in operation tomorrow afternoon.

- Friday afternoon/evening the hall crew and technicians will remove 
   the remaining shielding and will mount the attachments for the chain hoists.

- Saturday 8 - 16hrs we will move in the detector.

Once the crane activities start again tomorrow afternoon, there will no 
access to the detector and the electronics hut. 
Power to the hut will be switched off before we start moving the detector.
