[Olympus] Crane Activities during DORIS Shutdown

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the DORIS shutdown is going to start on Monday, We will try to roll-in
the detector on Friday, although this is very tight. The time consuming item is 
the removal of the concrete shielding, which will be significantly faster if the 
concrete can be moved above the detector and electronics hut. 

This however means that entry to the detector area and the electronics hut 
WILL BE BLOCKED during the crane activities Monday to Wednesday. The 
crane people are going to  work from 7am to about 6pm. During breaks and 
in the evening access will of course be possible.
