[Olympus] Logbook again

Hi all,

  after some discussion, we decided that there will be only one main 
logbook, called "olympus".

I created individual logbook for every component. If one is missing, 
please mail me.
Also, I need a list of Subjects and corresponding Types for each logbook.
For example, Lumi might have Subjects "MWPC" and "GEM", and the Types
"Maintenance, Calibration, ... "
or even different types for MWPC and GEM.


!!! Please make sure to add important information not only in the 
personal logbooks, but also in the main logbook !!!!
