[Olympus] Logbook installed

Dear  Michael,

this is a problem, yes. On shift, I guess we don't want to relogin every 
time, so we have to have a common login user.
However, if somebody uses the logbook from his own computer, it makes 
sense to have a preset.

I created users for everybody on the authors list. Password is always 
2photon. Please login and change it. Also set the right email address. 
If you want to change the full name, write me an email.

The usernames are:
