[Olympus] Revised OLYMPUS agenda

Dear Colleagues,

	Attached is a revised agenda based on the comments received to date.

	Monday morning we will go over the presentation that Reinhard and Frank intend to make to the MAC on 11 November and discuss what other information they require.  They will meet briefly with some members of the MAC committee later that same morning to get feedback on what the MAC would like to see.  I have left a slot Monday afternoon to discuss the MAC presentation again.  This also allow the people in the USA to attend and comment via video link.

	There are a couple of specialist meetings set for Tuesday morning.

	Please let me know if there are any other presentations or topics to be raised.
