[Olympus] Current version of the OLYMPUS Proposal

Dear Colleagues,

	The attached PDF file is the current version of the OLYMPUS  
Proposal.  Clearly there are a number of sections which need further  
input. Please feel free to volunteer.

	If there are any comments or additions please send them to me and I  
will incorporate them into the document and send around the updated  
versions periodically before the meeting.

	I would request that everyone complete their contributions and  
suggestions before 10 July, 2008 so that I can incorporate the changes  
and circulate a up to date version before the collaboration meeting at  
DESY.
