The Mentoring Circles Program is an award-winning program matching together
senior and junior scientists to form circles that meet once a month

paths, developing skills, and building lasting connections within the
bustling Boston scientific community.

Our mentors are experienced professionals that work in academia or industry
as either scientists or in a variety of other roles. You will be matched to
your mentors and co-mentees according to your background, your stated goals
in joining the program, and other preferences included in the application.
