[Habitat Exec] Plan for tomorrow

Hi guys,

I hope you're all excited for the Beaver Dash tomorrow. We'll meet by our office at 8:30. Text/call me at 513-706-4452 if you have any difficulties.
Anyone who has cash that I didn't collect at the meeting should bring it.
Will and Colin should bring the water bottles and granola bars.
Will will direct the volunteers.
Stephanie, Colin and one other person should bring their computers to conduct sign in and same day registration. Reply all if you can be the third person on registration.
One of the three can do sign-in for people who have already entered the race. (I'll send a spreadsheet with their names after ticketing closes).
For same day entrants, one person can do A-K, another will do L-Z
Also, since I couldn't find the race clock (which is worrying in itself, but that's an issue for another time...), we'll be using an online timer- http://www.timeme.com/split-lap-timer.htm. Two of the people doing registration should plan to use their computers for timing as well.
I will bring prizes, JP Lick's gift certificates, bib numbers, and same-day registration forms.
Unfortunately, the Zinga gift certificates were actually only for the now closed Kenmore location so prize structuring will be as follows:
Male & female first place: Flour gift cards
Male & female second place $15 JP Lick's + 3 JP Lick's gift certificates (worth $15)
Safety pins, clip boards, t-shirts, signs, pens, chalk, tape, white sandwich boards for signs, etc. should all be brought down from our office.
Everyone should plan to stay after the race for clean up/breakdown.
