<div>I hope you're all excited for the Beaver Dash tomorrow. We'll meet by our office at 8:30. Text/call me at 513-706-4452 if you have any difficulties.</div>
<div>Anyone who has cash that I didn't collect at the meeting should bring it.</div>
<div>Will and Colin should bring the water bottles and granola bars.</div>
<div>Will will direct the volunteers.</div>
<div>Stephanie, Colin <b>and one other person</b> should bring their computers to conduct sign in and same day registration. Reply all if you can be the third person on registration.</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>One of the three can do sign-in for people who have already entered the race. (I'll send a spreadsheet with their names after ticketing closes).</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>For same day entrants, one person can do A-K, another will do L-Z</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>Also, since I couldn't find the race clock (which is worrying in itself, but that's an issue for another time...), we'll be using an online timer- <a href="http://www.timeme.com/split-lap-timer.htm">http://www.timeme.com/split-lap-timer.htm</a>.
Two of the people doing registration should plan to use their computers for timing as well.</div>
<div>I will bring prizes, JP Lick's gift certificates, bib numbers, and same-day registration forms.</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>Unfortunately, the Zinga gift certificates were actually only for the now closed Kenmore location so prize structuring will be as follows:</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>Male & female first place: Flour gift cards</div>
<div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"></span>Male & female second place $15 JP Lick's + 3 JP Lick's gift certificates (worth $15)</div>
<div>Safety pins, clip boards, t-shirts, signs, pens, chalk, tape, white sandwich boards for signs, etc. should all be brought down from our office.</div>
<div>Everyone should plan to stay after the race for clean up/breakdown.</div>
