Good afternoon,
You still have a Main Account Voucher on Hold.
Payee: Patrick Ernst, Soohyun Lim, Andrew Stuntz, Melanie Adams, Monica Isava, Grace Lee, Shawn Le, Christine Lai, Rachel Foley, Jia Wu, Shu Han Wang, Katherine Zhu
Group Name:Habitat for Humanity
Please send a representative from your group to pick up this voucher by April 8th, or it will be filed in our office, and you will not receive this reimbursement.
Starting January 1st of this year all requests for reimbursements have moved online. To pay this voucher, visit http://web.mit.edu/sapweb to create Requests For Payments (RFPs). Below are the steps to follow once you are on SAPWEB.
Visit http://web.mit.edu/sapweb to create Requests For Payments (RFPs).
* Click on the "Purchasing" tab at the top of the page.
* Click on "Reimbursements" found in the left column.
* Type in the name of the Payee.
* Fill out required fields. (Name of RFP is group name/group account number. Date is the date on the receipt. Cost object is account number. Including a cost object is extremely important! Please do not send on an RFP until you have included your account number under cost object!)
* Click on "Add Line" to add another receipt.
* Scan and attach receipts for purchases.
* Send RFP to Treasurer for approval.
* Do not open the RFP from your inbox once it has been sent! If you open the RFP, it will bounce back into your inbox.*
* Treasurers should send RFPs to Catherine Hursh (cahursh at mit.edu<mailto:cahursh at mit.edu>) for approval.
* Bring in original hard copies of receipts with RFP Number (Nine digit number typically beginning with 104...) and your name and email address
*If you want to view the RFP after you’ve sent it, click on the Purchasing tab at the top of the page. Scroll down and click on “Find RFP”. From there, you can view all of your RFPs.
Travel vouchers are now done online at http://web.mit.edu/concur.
If you have any questions, please contact the Student Activities Office by emailing sao-desk at mit.edu<mailto:sao-desk at mit.edu>.
Best,
SAO Desk Worker
