Congratulations on your great work with Habitat for Humanity this year!


 

Attached you will find the 2005 Annual Report.  The due date for the
Annual Report is May 31, 2005.  

 

There are significant changes with this year's Annual Report: 

1.  If your chapter does not submit your Annual Report by May 31st, you
will be placed on probation. 

2. This year's Annual Report is entirely electronic.  Your chapter will
NOT receive a hard copy of this report. Thus, you need to complete the
attached Report, then save a copy for your chapter, and email the
completed report back to us at this email address: 
ccypnortheast at hfhi.org. 

 

Important:  Read the attached Annual Report Letter for complete Annual
Report instructions.  Contact us immediately if you have any questions
or concerns about the Annual Report or the completion and submission
process.

 

I'm excited to read all about the tremendous time and energy you have
put in to Habitat for Humanity this year.  We hope the Annual Report
will also serve as an opportunity for you and your chapter to reflect on
all you have accomplished to house families this year!
