[mit-habitat-exec] reserving vans/uhaul

Hi guys,

It would be preferable for you all to ARRIVE at the site by 9,
especially since you'll be leaving early.  When you get to the site, I'd
just let them know that you need to leave at 3 instead of at 4.  They
should be ok with that.  In the morning, I'd suggest leaving a little
after 8.  We met at 7:30-7:45 last time.  Plus, meeting that early gives
you time to eat breakfast while you wait for everyone to arrive.  If one
of you buys bagels, cream cheese, and juice...Habitat will then
reimburse them.  

I'll send out all this info to Silpa to be forwarded on to the group.

Thanks Sid for picking up the cars...and just take whoever you can with
you.  About returning the cars, since you'll be leaving the site early,
just fill them up with gas and return them to Budget as soon as you get
back.  It'll just be easier for everyone if you could do that.  If you
leave the site at 3 anyways, that should give you plenty of time to
return the cars.  (Budget closes at 4).  That way also, you can pick up
your receipts right when you drop the cars off.  We'll put the
reservation under your name, Sid...so there won't be any problems
tomorrow picking up the vehicles.
