[mit-habitat-exec] reserving vans/uhaul

hey,

yeah we'll just squeeze the one last person, and i think someone might not show
so its cool.  i was going to go pick up the vans with one of the SAAS volunteer
coordinators.  but if radhika can go that would be better, so that they can
organize getting everyone together and getting them up.  They told people we
are leaving at 9 is that correct?  if not we need to let them know ASAP.  let
me know whats up and ill pass it on to them.

also, we need to be back by 4 due to senior ball stuff.  i am assuming thats not
a problem?  and finally, how the heck do we get there.  do we need to get
insurance when we rent the vans or does MIT cover me?  Thanks!
