[mit-habitat-exec] reserving vans/uhaul

hey guys, we're going to reserve the vans for tomorrow's workday as well as the
uhauls/trucks for sunday today.  i know there was an email out earlier about
what were going to do with 15 people in 2 vans that only fit 14 people, but i'm
not sure if we ever came to any kind of conclusion about that.  are we just
going to squish the extra person in?  please let elyse and i know before noon
today if possible. 

elyse- want to meet at noon?  bio cafe?  we can make the calls to: budget, uhaul
(if necessary), and emerson.  we should also send the saas group a reminder
email about where to meet and what to bring tomorrow. 

sid and radhika- i know you guys are going to the workday tomorrow.  one of us
will probably make the reservations under our names, but can you guys go and
pick up the vans tomorrow morning?  i'll probably reserve them under my name,
but both elyse and i are going to be at another community service event early
tomorrow morning, so we won't be able to physically go pay for the cars (or get
breakfast for that matter), and since you guys are going to the workday anyway,
could you use your credit cards?  thanks.  they were 72.03 each last time i
believe

lastly, CAMPUS BUILD sunday, 9-4.  please show up early to help us arrange the
wood and whatnot.  please show up at all anytime throughout the day.  thanks!
