[Macpartners] add a printer [+] not working

You can try this from within the Printers and Scanners prefpane:
1) Unlock pane if user is running as non-admin
2) Right click on white sidebar where the printers would be listed
3) Click Reset Printing System. This will remove all printers and
start everything from scratch.
