[Macpartners] firefox crash when printing

Greetings,

I've had an issue crop up that I would love to get some additional
tips/tricks/techniques on towards resolving.

In short, printing from firefox crashes the program.  [Printing to this
printer from all other apps works without issue.]

Steps taken towards resolving - none of which have allowed me to print.

- starting firefox in safe mode
- disabled all plugins and add ons
- removal of firefox profile/prefs
- complete removal of firefox application and reinstallation (including
current version and testing betas)
- ran program from another user account on same machine
- deleted printer from system and re-added (no new drivers available for
printer)
- repaired disk permissions

OS 10.7.5
Biz Hub c360 using 
Firefox version 30

My thought was to start poking around in the cups interface but figured
I'd stop and check w/the macpartners before proceeding.

Should I be fiddling with Sophos prefs?

Should I be asking mozilla help forum folks to review my crash logs?
