[Macpartners] iPod update prob

After upgrading to iTunes 7, my video iPod's files can no longer be 
updated. When attempting to sync, the message 'The iPod "William 
Litant's iPod" cannot be updated. The required file is in use' pops 
up. Restarting/reconnecting doesn't help. Googling has revealed this 
is a common problem, but I haven't found a fix. Any suggestions 
appreciated.
