Retrospect 6.0 can easily do this. You create a script, select the 
Source and Destination of your backup and devise some schedule. As 
long as these external drives are mounted (visible) they are usable 
as either source or destination.
On re-reading your post I realized that you are asking about 
something else: to copy data from one backup device to another backup 
device. Why? Better to copy from the original to the backup device.
