The International Journal of Operations and Production Management (IJOPM) is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Editor to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing the journal's social media strategy, boosting IJOPM’s online presence, engagement, and impact within the Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) community.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Social Media Editorial team, your key tasks will include:

•       Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote IJOPM, its publications, and special issues.

•       Managing and regularly updating the IJOPM LinkedIn, YouTube, and other potential social media channels.

•       Creating and curating engaging, high-quality content, including promotional materials, captivating visuals, and multimedia assets.

•       Collaborating with the IJOPM Editorial Team to design and implement social media campaigns for new publications, special issues, events, and conferences.

•       Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure IJOPM’s channels remain dynamic and impactful.

Minimum Requirements:
To apply, candidates must:

  *   Be an active scholar within the OSCM community.
  *   Have proficiency with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  *   Demonstrate familiarity (or desire to learn) with content creation and editing tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent applications.
