* MIT Lindy Hop Society Wednesday Swing Dance
* Wednesday, December 19, Lesson 7:30 Dancing 9-11:30 p.m.
* La Sala de Puerto Rico, MIT Student Center 2nd floor
* Free, Beginners welcome, No partner necessary
* DJs Ted Simpson and Stephen York

At 7:30 p.m. before the dance, Ken will teach a lesson on 
dancing to non-traditional music.  We'll examine this year's 
Grammy nominees for Best Song and Best Record, break them 
down musically, and learn how to dance to them.  We may or 
may not get to all of these: "Lonely Boy", "Stronger (What 
Doesn't Kill You)", "We Are Young", "Somebody That I Used To 
Know", "Thinkin Bout You", "We Are Never Ever Getting Back 
Together", "The A Team", "Adorn", "Call Me Maybe".

Ten-minute introductory blues lesson at 9:00.

Thursday, December 27: Blues dance, DJs Sarah Rund and ???,
     La Sala de Puerto Rico.  If you would like to DJ for 
     this dance, please let me know!

Wednesday, January 2: HELP WANTED!  If you can help run this
     dance, please let me know!  (Ken is out of town.)

Wednesdays, January 9, 16, 23, 30: Our IAP lesson series 
this year will be BLUES DANCE, taught by Stephen and 
partner.
