krb5-appl repository migrated to git

We have migrated the krb5-appl repository from Subversion to git, using
an adaptation of the process we used for the main krb5 repository.

The public mirror of this repository is at:

    git://github.com/krb5/krb5-appl.git

The master repository for committers is at:

    git.mit.edu:/git/krb5-appl.git

The Subversion repository at svn://anonsvn.mit.edu/krb5-appl still
exists, but will not receive further commits.
