KfW 3.1 beta crashes

I installed Kereberos for Windows 3.1 beta on my Windows XP machine, and 
it is not working well.

The Network Identity Manager crashes after acquiring the credentials for 
the first time, and again if I try to restart it.

When I run klist at the command prompt, I have tickets (including afs 
tickets), but the OpenAFS (1.4.0100) client does not detect the tickets.

Do you want more info, or are you aware of the problems?
