[krbdev.mit.edu #1003] ftpd continues with 232 after 230-No directory

Per recent report on this problem in 1.4.3, I just tried it
and confirmed that there's still a problem here - the
"No directory!" error is now 232 as it should be, but it
follows rather than precedes the usual 232 reply.

Could be my fault, I may have supplied an incomplete patch,
as I can't find any evidence that ftpd.c ever put the 232
reply after login() as it would need to.
