MacOS X 10.4 Tiger /etc/authorization

So has anyone gotten a working /etc/authorization file for Tiger yet 
using Kerberos? Exactly what changes that needed to be made for the 
login window to use kerberos? The builtin:krb5noverify directive no 
longer works as it did in 10.3.
