Hi,I got an Error 70

Error 70 is a Kerberos 4 error.
Does your KDC not support Kerberos 5?

You should not be receiving any Kerberos IV error messages for
change password unless your KDC does not speak Kerberos 5; or
you have deleted the krb5_32.dll file
