GSSAPI patch for openssh

What system is this on? 
What compiler? 

I have built OPenSSH-3.0.2p1 on HP, SUN, AIX, SGI and Linux using gcc.
I have not seen the problem.  

Did you run the 

   autoconf configure.ac > configure
   autoheader

commands?
