GSSAPI patch for openssh

[Fahd Elbouchikhi]

Hi,

openssh 3.0.2.  I have installed both krb5 and GSSAPI patches
from swx.org.  The GSSAPI patch defines the routines i mentionned
earlier in both sshconnect2.c and gss-serv.c.  Thank you.
