- Get out your four-leaf clovers and rabbit feet and join us for a trip to 
   Foxwoods Resort Casino (http://www.foxwoods.com)! We'll leave by
   bus from the Sidney-Pacific residence (70 Pacific St.) at 12 pm sharp,
   get in a good 6 hours of casino time, and be back by around 10 pm the
   same day.
- Registration is $12 for MIT students and $15 for guests. This includes
   transportation plus $10 in Keno play(http://www.foxwoods.com/Keno.aspx) 
   and $15 in food credit (http://www.foxwoods.com/Dining.aspx)! Seating on 
   the bus is very limited, so register soon!
- Please note that the legal age to play Table Games, Slots, Race Book and 
   Keno is 21. The legal age to play Bingo is 18.

   for Development to focus global attention on specific development
   outcomes based on transformational, scalable, and sustainable change.

7 What:     RA/TA Stipend Increase set at 2.5% for next year

- The Provost and Dean for Graduate Education have announced that the
   stipend rate increase for next year will be 2.5%, which is in line with the
   recommendation made by the GSC's Housing and Community Affairs
   Committee, based on cost of living data.
- This rate increase applies directly to the allowed stipend range for students 
   in the Schools of Science and Engineering, and is also applied as a strong 
   recommendation for departments outside of these schools as well.
