G++ make failure

Well, it's just a suggestion, but have you tried with gmake (gnu-make) instead
of make ? I haven't tested galib on anything else of gnu environments and I
should have a closer look at the examples makefiles to be sure of that. But
eventually you may test it ;)

 hemm... of course if you have gnu tools installed!
